English Enhancement Program


The course offered covers topics on consonant and vowel pronounciation, stress and toungue twister. It also deals with basic grammar propblems such as verb tenses and voices subject verb agreement. The use of articles, degrees of comparison, prepositions and common usage problems.



Interview Skills Training

Focuses on the makings of a proper resume, preparation for a job interview and answering some possible job interview questions. It offers also brief overview of the call center industry and customer service. It also provides reading materials on American culture and building self confidence.





Personality Development

You will learn step-by-step, systematic methods to enhance your personality through discussions, group activities, questionnaires, individual exercises and practice sessions. The learning takes place in a friendly, informal and comfortable atmosphere. the entire program is completely practical. It is designed to develop the finer, positive facets in your personality.
